I’ve been leading people since I can remember. As the oldest of four siblings, I took on that role, and my leadership experience has grown from there.

After earning my B.S. in Finance from the University of Tennessee, I left the banking industry to pursue a career in retail management. Early in my career, I realized that aligning people strategies to business objectives was the key to my success. I transitioned into an HR path and haven’t looked back since.

Over the years, I’ve served as a strategic business partner supporting global initiatives for several Fortune 40 companies. I’ve been a trusted advisor to hundreds of senior leaders who support tens of thousands of employees. I’m best known for developing creative recruiting platforms and building high-performing teams. I recently helped lead a $60M HR Transformation that deployed talent recruiting strategies for over 3 million annual applicants. Cumulatively, these experiences have given me incredibly deep insights into how to build a successful career in corporate America.

While continuing to build my dream career, I’m spending my free time becoming a real estate investor. My sole reason for this new journey is to build generational wealth to pass down to my daughter, Taylor Grace. As you follow our journey, you’ll see a lot of my little broke bestie. She inspires me to be better today than I was yesterday. Taylor is my why!

  • I’m addicted to finding deals, and my favorites are clothes, shoes, and décor.

  • Taylor Grace and I live for Disney Cruises and dressing up.

  • I’ve lived in four states and currently reside in Texas.

  • I’m the friend people call when they need a good listener. But I rarely hang up without sharing my thoughts.

  • I made an offer on an investment property (1100 miles away) without ever seeing it in person.

  • I believe feedback is a gift and should be given often.
